Room was very spacious and worth the pricing. The TV was positioned in an interesting spot but the cleanliness of the room was worth a good review.. Staff was respectful and polite; Had our keys within 60 seconds of walking into the property. I do wish there was a tub in the king suite but it may have to be requested before hand, overall rating 7.9/10.

I can start at the beginning...The staff is friendly and courteous. Check-in smooth. Dinner of Wings and Caesar salad is fantastic!! Breakfast is exceptional, fresh fruit bowl, real oatmeal, and better bowls and dishes! I cannot rave about this hotel enough!! Also a stunner..real glasses and coffee cups provided in the rooms

The staff was the best! Very friendly and helpful. The pool and breakfast were amazing. The only problem was I had booked a king size bed and we were given a room with 2 double beds. The mattresses were NOT comfortable and the room was damp. The bedding was also damp🤷♀️

The easy on and off of I-95, the friendly welcome as I came in the door, the cleanliness of my room. The never ending hot water in the shower.

off season so the pool was closed. morning breakfast was great. good selection and changed up a little bit daily. Bar service, coffees tea, juices. It was close to a gas station and an awesome Mexican restaurant.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had difficulty getting the TV to turn on and they were there immediately to fix it. Every evening, when we came back to the hotel they greeted us with smiles, a friendly hello and inquired on how our day went. The breakfast was delicious eggs and bacon or sausage and fresh strawberries and blueberries. We follow a diabetic diet and it was perfect. Of course they had waffles, cereal, bagels and lots more.

This is a little gem that I just discovered . The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast was better than most. The staff was kind courteous and very helpful. Easy on and off 295. This will be my best choice to stay on my trips up North from now on. Nice Job Hyatt Place And as an extra...WaWa is right next to the hotel. Bonus for me!!!

The breakfast was wonderful every day, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the shower was big and the room was laid out in a great way. We loved it!

It was a very nice hotel. A disclaimer that they have ongoing construction, but it didn’t bother us. The breakfast was great, they had great customer service, and the room was SO clean and big enough for our family of 5!
